What we offer under Gutter Care
- One-off clean-out — hand-clear leaves, twigs and soil, flush each downpipe, water test the full run.
- Re-pitch & re-secure — adjust hangers so water actually runs to the downpipe instead of pooling.
- Sectional replacement — swap out rusted sections in matching colour-coated steel or uPVC.
- Downpipe leader replacement — open up and replace blocked or cracked sub-soil leaders.
- Leaf-guard mesh fitting — for homes shaded by large trees.
- Twice-yearly maintenance contract — pre-monsoon (Sept) and post-monsoon (Feb) scheduled visits with photo report.
Why neglected gutters cost more than they should
About 1 in 4 of the “leaks” we are called to in the Klang Valley turn out to start as a blocked gutter overflowing into the eaves and back-soaking the fascia. The repair becomes a re-soffit job, sometimes a re-paint of the upstairs bedroom, and on bad cases, replacement of swollen ceiling boards. A RM 380 gutter clean would have prevented all of it.
How our maintenance contract works
We schedule two visits in your name — one before the November–January monsoon, one after — and turn up without you having to remember. After each visit you get a one-page photo report showing what we found, what we cleared, and any small issue we want to keep an eye on next visit. Most contracts run RM 60 – RM 110 per month for an average landed home.
Three signs your gutters are overdue
- Overflow streaks
Dark vertical streaks running down the fascia or eaves after rain.
- Standing water
You can see puddles in the gutter the morning after a dry night.
- Soft ceiling near walls
Spongy patch where the ceiling meets the outer wall — water is getting in via the eaves.
Beat the next monsoon by 8 weeks.
