A small studio that takes roofs seriously.
LuxiFlow Roofing started in 2011 above a hardware shop in SS21. Today we’re a tight 18-person studio in Damansara Utama, still working on most of the roofs in walking distance — plus a steady stream of repeat clients across the wider Klang Valley.
Our story
Founded by a roofer, not a salesman.
Faiz, our founder, spent the first nine years of his career working for two of Malaysia’s larger roofing contractors. He kept seeing the same pattern — overpromised quotes by salespeople, then under-resourced crews who had to cut corners to hit the numbers. He left to start LuxiFlow on a simple principle: the person who quotes the job is also responsible for delivering it.
Fifteen years later it’s the same principle. The senior technician you meet at the survey is the same name on your contract, the same person managing your roof on day one, and the same person handing it back at sign-off. That single decision shapes everything from how we hire to how we schedule.

Named ownership
Every job has one senior technician owning it, end to end. Nothing falls between sales, project management and the crew because those are the same person.
Tropical-spec materials
Klang Valley humidity, UV and salt-laden coastal air will chew up off-spec materials. We only stock brands and gauges we know last 10+ years here.
Safety, even when slower
Harness, anchor, edge protection — every roof, every time. Even small repair jobs that other crews wave off as “only 30 minutes”.

A handful of the senior technicians and operations crew who own the work.
14 years on Klang Valley roofs. Personally takes on most full-replacement surveys. Speaks Bahasa, English, Cantonese.
Specialist in metal-deck roofs and low-pitched commercial work. Joined LuxiFlow from a steel-roofing manufacturer in 2017.
The voice on the other end of the office phone. Owns the daily schedule and pulls a crew together within 12 hours when an emergency leak call comes in.
Runs our drone surveys and writes the inspection reports. Past life as a quantity surveyor — explains why the reports actually have numbers in them.
Eight years coating tile roofs across PJ and Subang. Trained on three different acrylic-membrane systems, so we use the right product for the right tile.
The person who follows up after sign-off, files your warranty document, and is the first to know if something doesn’t look right post-handover.
