How fast can a LuxiFlow crew reach my home after a major leak?

For confirmed active leaks in the Klang Valley we aim for an on-site response within 24 hours, and on weekday afternoons during monsoon season we can often arrive the same day. A WhatsApp photo of the affected ceiling lets our coordinator dispatch the right team and tarps.

Do you work on landed homes only, or condos and small commercial buildings too?

Both. Around 70% of our work is on landed homes in Damansara, Subang, Bandar Utama and Kelana Jaya, but we also handle low-rise office blocks, JMB-managed common roofs, factories, and shoplots under five storeys.

Which materials do you specialise in?

Concrete and clay tile, Monier and CGC profiles, metal deck and colour-coated steel, IBR sheeting, polycarbonate awnings, and Onduline for awning extensions. We do not work on cementitious roof slabs as a primary service.

What does the written quote include?

A fixed-price line-item quote — labour, materials with brand and gauge, scaffolding/safety, debris removal, GST where applicable, and the warranty term. No surprise add-ons after the work starts unless we discover hidden structural damage, in which case we stop and call you before continuing.

Are your roofers insured and trained on safe work at heights?

Yes. Every crew member carries DOSH "Working at Heights" certification, our company holds a public liability cover of RM 2,000,000, and we use harnesses with anchor points on every job above 3 metres — even when it slows us down.

How long does a typical full roof replacement take?

For a 2-storey semi-D of about 220 m² the structural stripping and tiling work usually runs 6 to 9 working days, with another day or two for trimmings and the final clean. We brief you on a daily timeline before the first scaffold goes up.
