How we handle personal information you share with LuxiFlow Roofing Sdn Bhd through this website, our office phone, or in the course of providing roofing services to you.
This policy applies to LuxiFlow Roofing Sdn Bhd (“LuxiFlow”, “we”, “us”), a roofing contractor based at Block C, 14 Jalan SS 21/56, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, and to your use of https://luxiflow.pro. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA).
1. What information we collect
We collect personal information you choose to provide through our enquiry form, telephone, WhatsApp or email — typically your name, contact number, email, suburb, and a description of the roofing work you are asking about. We may also collect site photos and measurements as part of preparing a quote.
Our website server logs technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring URL. This is used only for security monitoring and aggregate analytics.

7. Your rights under the PDPA
Under the PDPA 2010 you may, at any time and without charge: request access to the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or update inaccurate data; withdraw consent to further processing; or request deletion of data we no longer need.

8. International transfers
Our website hosting is located in Malaysia and Singapore. Email correspondence may transit common global email infrastructure. We do not transfer your data to jurisdictions without comparable data protection standards.

Our services are aimed at adult homeowners, property managers and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18.
