Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember you between pages and visits. LuxiFlow Roofing uses cookies sparingly and never for advertising profiling.

1. Categories of cookie we set

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the website to function. They store your session identity (so the enquiry form works), your CSRF protection token, and your cookie consent decision. Without them the site cannot reliably accept your form submission. These cookies are not optional.

Functional

Remember preferences like whether you’ve closed the cookie banner. Cleared when you clear your browser cookies.

Analytics

We may run a privacy-respecting analytics script (without personal identifiers) that tells us, in aggregate, which pages people read and where they come from. We do not enable analytics until you accept it via the cookie banner.

2. The specific cookies we use

• PHPSESSID — session identity, expires when you close the browser. Set by our server. Strictly necessary.
• luxiflow_cookie_choice — your accept / reject decision on the cookie banner, expires after 365 days. Functional.

If you accept analytics, a small additional set of cookies from our analytics provider may be set. These currently expire within 30 days.

3. Third-party content

We embed Google Fonts (CSS and font files) for typography. Loading these fonts may make a network request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These services do not set cookies of their own; they receive your IP address as part of any normal HTTP request, which Google may log under their own privacy policy.

We do not embed Facebook pixels, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or remarketing tags on this site.

4. How to control cookies

You can manage cookies in three ways:

• Use the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page to re-open the banner and change your choice.
• Clear cookies for luxiflow.pro in your browser settings to reset all choices.
• Use your browser’s “do not track” or strict cookie settings to refuse non-essential cookies for all sites.

5. Changes

If we add or remove cookies, this page is updated with the change date and a brief note. Material changes are also reflected in the banner so you have an opportunity to re-confirm your choice.
